Very caring staff and did not charge the earth
For a vet they are ok like all the others expensive but necessary
Both the lady on reception and the vet we so welcoming and helpful, sorted out the tick on our dogs nose, gave him lots of treats and to top it off they didnt charge! We recommend Nambucca Heads vet clinic.
I received exceptional service from vet nurse (didn't catch her name) but she has been with the practice for 19 years. She was professional, competent and went out of her way to make sure my little dog received her heart medication. I do not live in the Nambucca area and I was so impressed to hear that the staff have made the decision to reduce the cost of heart medication for the senior citizens with elderly dogs in their community.
