My washing machine broke down the evening before I was going away for a few days. My clothes were inside. The door was locked. I rang Nambucca Valley Appliance Service and they sent someone out while I was away. When I got back home a few days later my washing machine was repaired, the laundry was spotless and my clothes were freshly washed! Wonderful service, thank you so much.

Had my caravan fridge booked in for last Monday afternoon and was and still am waiting for a call to bring it in. Its now Wednesday and they havent even given me the courtesy of a call to say sorry very poor customer service and will go to Coffs instead
