Great at fitting you in on short notice.
After breaking down in NSW we were towed back to Nambucca Riverside Motors. We had a great tow driver and initially they were quite helpful. They did our initial timing belt repairs easily. However, they then called us (we had to go home to Melbourne) and told us they were going to "look for a second hand carbirator" because our van was running rough. We asked them to let us know how much it would cost. However they never called us back to confirm prices, just called us back telling us they had rebuilt our carbirator and our invoice was now over double what we had originally thought. Pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and extra $700 that was added to our bill without being authorised. They were pretty unapologetic about it and just kept saying it had to be paid because the work was already done. Van still isn't running great so definitely don't think those extra repairs were warranted.
You could not find a better service team anywhere. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure your vehicle and you get to where you need to go.
